Alderpost does not use cookies, local storage, tracking pixels, or analytics scripts. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any third-party tracking tools. No behavioral data is collected or shared with advertisers.

Our API endpoints accept payment via the x402 protocol using USDC on the Base blockchain (Coinbase L2). Here is how the payment flow works:

x402 payments are final. Once USDC is settled on-chain, the transaction cannot be reversed, charged back, or refunded through the protocol. If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us at hello@alderpost.co and we will evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

Alderpost is provided "as is" without warranty. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, or completeness of any data returned by our endpoints. Our endpoints rely on third-party public and premium data sources that may change, become unavailable, or return inaccurate data without notice.
SMB Intelligence Reports: If you are unsatisfied with a Snapshot Brief, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@alderpost.co for a full refund. Monthly Intelligence subscriptions may be canceled at any time through your Stripe billing portal; no refunds are issued for partial months.
x402 API Payments: x402 payments are settled on-chain and are final by design. If an endpoint returned an error or failed to deliver data after payment was settled, email hello@alderpost.co with your transaction hash and we will evaluate a USDC refund on a case-by-case basis.
Alderpost LLC's total liability for any claim arising from the use of our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
The health-signal endpoint provides publicly available FDA, NIH RxNorm, and USDA data for informational purposes only. It is not medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical decisions. Drug interaction data may be incomplete or outdated. Alderpost is not a healthcare provider.
The sports-edge endpoint provides publicly available sports data, betting odds from third-party bookmakers, and AI-generated analysis for informational purposes only. It is not gambling advice. Alderpost does not endorse, facilitate, or profit from sports betting.
The compliance-check endpoint provides a technical assessment of publicly observable security configurations. It is not a compliance certification. Results do not constitute PCI DSS, SOC 2, HIPAA, or any other regulatory compliance attestation. Consult a qualified security professional for formal compliance assessments.
